A chef renowned for whipping up the world’s best beef noodles is in Manila to share his winning recipe with the cooks and chefs of Chowking Foods Corporation.

Chef Liu Zheng Hsiung of Lao Dong, one of the oldest chains of restaurants in Taipei, displayed his culinary skills before media and bloggers at a Meet & Greet event held Sept. 3, 2008 at Chowking’s store in Global City, Taguig. During his five-day visit, Mr. Liu also conducted a training program for Chowking’s cooks and chefs that will benefit the customers of the quick-service Oriental restaurant’s more than 300 stores nationwide.
