FOR reporting beyond the bottom line and measuring the success of its business based on global sustainability reporting standards, Manila Water Company emerged as winner in the 6th Management Association of the Philippines’ Best Annual Report (BAR) Awards held yesterday in Makati City.

The company’s 2007 annual report, which carried the Ayala Group’s unified theme “Extending Progress,” not only detailed Manila Water’s financial and operational performance during the year in review. It also included its gains over the past ten years since its inception in 1997.
